With experience in sourcing acquisitions, developing multiple units to social housing provider standards and arranging exits to create profits, Nathan has strong location understanding and market knowledge to facilitate the delivery of a quality end product that matches investment strategies.

Luke brings invaluable insight and experience of the UK property market to his client base. His primary focus is providing a seamless client journey through research led investment decisions and maximizing the value on behalf of his international investors in the region. Luke has years’ experience across Europe, the US and Middle east and brings a relentless work ethic to his business operations, traveling continuously through Africa and The Middle East to meet clients in person and better understand regional demand. 

Mya is an experienced investor relations and after support specialist, providing continual dialogue between purchasing entities and their legal representative. Over recent years she has supported hundreds of investors internationally with their residential purchase in the UK and has provided a vital conduit between sellers and buyers.

Harry works within project and acquisition services, where his main roles are to manage deal flow on the ground, create and store all crucial documents relating to projects, assist the project manager on site, create marketing materials, source new acquisitions and forecast delivery dates to manage with the housing providers.

Nick has substantial experience in managing renovation and development projects within the UK. Working on a significant number of houses, HMO’s and blocks of flats to manage the workflow and individual tradesmen within his team to deliver properties with full planning legislation, building regulation and to a quality standard.

Shaaban has a passion for real estate and sales. He has a strong knowledge in property and investment and refurbishment, he started his journey with Yield Investing as part of the refurb team and progressed his way into this new role. He is eager to connect our investors with the right investment opportunity for them. Toyin is a London raised, formerly chartered legal executive lawyer with a background in property law. During her 20 year career she has help consultancy positions in Asset Management and Property Investment firms assisting overseas family offices with their UK property investment needs. At Yield Investing her main focus will be with West African corporate clients with their property acquisition and property investments needs in the UK. Known for her respected and clear communication in helping otherwise complex property transactions.

Jason brings a wealth of experience in property development to Yield Investing, with a keen eye for identifying prime investment opportunities. He focuses on acquiring and renovating properties to the highest standards, catering to diverse needs from private rentals to affordable homes and social housing.
